Mission of the institution |
With a tradition of almost one century in the cultural atmosphere of Oradea, the State Theatre aims to present original and valuable productions, which mix the tradition and the innovative spirit. The activity of the whole team of our institution is oriented towards the discovery and encouragement of excellence, trying to reach the highest standards. Here, the recreation by means of arts is combined with the promotion of culture, the education and development of the sense for beauty, by adhering to the norms and cultural values of our community. The Theatre of Oradea is concerned with the creation of performances which should reflect the multicultural world in which we are living, hoping, among others, that theatre will remain and will develop into a special language, destined to all age categories.
